Six sets of:
Snatch + Hang Snatch
Rest 2-3 minutes;
and then,
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Toes to Bar x 10 reps
Ring Dips x 10 reps
100 Meter Run
Optional Finisher – Front Leaning Rest on Rings x Max Hold
Holiday Hours - Don’t forget we only have 9am class on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Power CrossFit will be at 8am Thursday and Friday. Please feel free to bring friends and family on Thursday or Friday, please reserve Saturday for experienced CrossFitters only.
Our next On Ramp class starts Monday at 7pm, will run 10 classes, and there will be no class on Saturday, 12/3, as all of the coaches will be in Flagstaff for the AC2 competition.
