Deadlift x 3-4 reps
Rest 20 seconds
Ring Dips x 8-10 reps @ 20X1
Rest 3 minutes
B.
Three rounds for time of:
Kettlebell Swings x 25 reps (24/16 kg)
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 15 reps
As usual, we had a great time Saturday morning! Thanks to everyone who came and helped cheer on our athletes! Amanda scored top dog honors with 79 reps on Sunday, during a retest, and SO many athletes got into weights that they had previously never achieved! It was great to see people dropping under the bar and understanding a little bit more about the snatch! Can’t wait for 12.3!
