B.
Five rounds for time of:
10 Hand-Release Push-Ups
20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
30 Double-Unders
We are going to have Muscle Up clinic tonight at 6:30pm for anyone who wants to come learn some transitions and get their muscle ups. However, you must have ring dips and pullups before trying to learn muscle ups, otherwise, there isn’t much point.
