What is this 8am Saturday class?
Some of you are quite observant! You may have noticed an 8am ‘Level 2′ class at 8am Saturday. What is this? This is a tough, competitor style workout that is right before the 9am class. Basically, this is Kevin’s Saturday workout. There is no coaching during this class, and you must be able to perform all movements in our regular class prescribed to come to the 8am class.
We don’t want want anyone to feel left out, but these workouts tend to be heavy, technical, and because the coaches are training, we can’t teach or help keep the participants in this class safe, which is why you have to be proficient in all of our movements to be able to participate.
Of course, you are welcome to come and watch the coaches suck wind!
