Workout of the Day
A.
Take 6-8 minutes to build to a heavy 3-rep Deadlift
and then . . .
Deadlift x 15 reps (touch and go)
Rest 30 seconds
Ring Push-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 3 minutes
Deadlift x 10 reps (touch and go)
Rest 30 seconds
Ring Push-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 3 minutes
Deadlift x 5 reps (touch and go)
Rest 30 seconds
Ring Push-Ups x Max Reps

Select the loads such that each set of deadlift is challenging, but doable with good mechanics.

B.
Four rounds for max reps of:
30 seconds of Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
Rest 30 seconds
30 seconds of Double-Unders
Rest 30 seconds

Big News!  We are adding hours to handle all of our new athletes!  As always, check the calendar for up to the minute class hours!

First things first, evening classes are moving to 4pm/5pm/6pm/7pm.  Friday night we will go 4pm/5pm.

Express classes will move back to 7pm, so class will be Express MWF at 7pm and one hour CrossFit on Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.

Grit will continue for the time being at 5:30pm Mondays and Thursdays.

In the mornings, 8am will be added Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.  A Noon class will be added Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Our hope is this will allow us to continue to bring the personal coaching attendance our athletes have come to expect from Cactus CrossFit since we began in 2008 while allowing our athletes to continue to bring their friends to experience what we are so privileged to be a part of each and every day.
