Two sets for max reps of:
Against a 6 minute running clock,
Row 1000 Meters
Back Squat x Max Reps
(suggested loading: Men=bodyweight, Women = 3/4 bodyweight)
Rest as needed between sets.
If you are competing in Saturday’s BW Backsquat challenge, you will sub max double unders for back squats.
Don’t Forget!
Saturday at 10am is our Back Squat challenge and the Power Class is going to wrap up their program by maxing out on all their lifts, so it will definitely be a lot of weight getting thrown around!
